1976年生まれ。長野県在住。 19才の時に、入院していた病院の主治医や看護師、理学療法士の顔をデフォルメして描き始める。現在では、自宅でアクリルガッシュ・オイルパステルなどを使い、空想画・抽象画を描いている。また、パソコンを使って空想から生まれるキャラクターを描き、オリジナルグッズなども制作。自分の頭の中に浮かぶ「カラフルな空想と夢の世界」をテーマとし、創作し続けている。 Mika Kamijo was born in 1976 and lives Nagano prefecture. Mika started drawing during a period in hospital at the age of 19, creating distorted images of her doctor, nurses and therapists. Mika mainly uses acrylic gouache and oil pastel, which are great for her dreamlike images and abstract paintings. She also creates characters on her computer and turns them into original art. Her art is defined by colorful images and dreams from her own imaginary world.
